Hugh Jeffery leads Wates Residential’s modular housing offer, while continuing to play a central role in shaping and delivering partnership-led developments across London.
With over 20 years’ experience in the housing sector, he brings a strong track record in joint ventures and long-term collaborations with local authorities and housing associations.
Previously Regional Development Director, Hugh oversaw the delivery of major regeneration schemes and helped establish Wates’ approach to partnership working in the capital. He now builds on that experience to drive the organisation’s transitional homes proposition, focusing on practical, scalable solutions that help unlock sites and accelerate delivery.
Hugh is an active member of The Housing Forum and is passionate about delivering well-designed homes that respond to real housing need and support thriving communities.
