Pagabo Developer-Led Framework
A route to housing and regeneration across London, the South and Wales
Wates Residential has positions across 48 sub-lots of the £26bn Pagabo National Framework for Developer-Led Schemes 2026, covering London, the South East, South West and Wales.
Our position covers residential, residential multi-occupancy and mixed-use schemes across:
- Lots 3 and 4: Special Purpose Vehicle schemes up to £100m and above £100m
- Lots 5 and 6: Development Agreement schemes up to £50m and above £50m
The framework provides public sector organisations with a route to work with Wates Residential across different development models and project values, drawing on our development and delivery expertise to help bring housing and regeneration plans forward.
Development and delivery expertise
Wates Residential works in partnership with local authorities and housing associations to deliver complex housing and regeneration schemes. As both a developer and contractor, we can bring development and delivery expertise together, helping customers navigate the journey from initial plans through to delivery.
Our position on the Pagabo framework gives public sector customers another route to access that capability across London, the South East, South West and Wales.
