David is Regional Director for Wates Residential in Wales, leading the delivery of residential and regeneration projects across the region and overseeing the strategic growth of the business.
With more than 30 years’ experience across housebuilding, construction and regeneration, he has built his career through a range of operational and executive leadership roles. He brings a strong understanding of project delivery, business performance and partnership working.
David has held senior positions with a number of leading developers and contractors, including Managing Director, Operations Director and Construction Director roles, where he has led large multidisciplinary teams and delivered complex residential developments across Wales and the South West.
At Wates Residential, he is responsible for regional strategy, operational performance and client relationships, working closely with local authorities, registered providers and development partners to deliver homes and regeneration across the region.
He is passionate about building strong partnerships and delivering projects that create lasting value for communities.
