Stuart Jones is Regional Development Director at Wates Residential, leading residential development activity across Wales.
With a background in surveying and extensive experience across development, design and technical delivery, he has held senior roles across housing associations, contractors and developers.
Stuart oversees complex partnership schemes from early strategy through to delivery, working closely with partners to bring forward regeneration and housing projects across the region. A charted member of the CIH and RICS, educated at Aberystwyth and Cardiff Universities, he brings a strong focus on quality, sustainability, placemaking and long term value for partners and communities.
