Andy Mason is Regional Commercial Director for the South at Wates Residential, responsible for commercial leadership and governance across the regional residential portfolio.
With a foundation in quantity surveying and a long career in commercial roles within construction, he provides strong oversight of cost, risk and financial performance across residential and mixed use schemes.
Andy holds a degree in Quantity Surveying from the University of Portsmouth and supports regional teams with cost planning, procurement strategy and commercial judgement from early feasibility through to delivery. His focus is on maintaining control, discipline and long term value across the Southern residential business.
