Michaelston, Ely

Creating a new place to live at Michaelston, centred on community and wellbeing.

Delivered in partnership with Cardiff Council, Michaelston will transform the former college site in Ely into a new neighbourhood designed around people and everyday life.

The scheme will deliver around 235 homes across a mix of tenures, alongside a community hub, health facilities and a new public square that brings homes, services and shared spaces together.

The plan is simple. Create a place where people of all ages can live well, stay connected and access the support they need close to home.

A low-carbon heat network and energy-efficient homes will help reduce running costs and environmental impact.

The development has secured detailed planning consent, with enabling works planned as the next stage.
