Barry Williams is Regional Operations Director for the South at Wates Residential, overseeing the delivery of residential projects across the region.
He brings extensive experience across residential, mixed use and technically complex schemes, having progressed through senior delivery and operational roles within the construction sector.
Over his career, Barry has led projects from pre construction through to completion, with responsibility for programme, procurement, design coordination and on site delivery. He plays a key role in supporting delivery teams and ensuring consistent operational performance across the Southern residential portfolio.
