Matt Smith is Partnerships & New Business Director at Wates Residential, responsible for driving new business opportunities and managing key customer relationships across London.
He works closely with land, development and delivery teams to progress schemes from early engagement through to completion, helping to secure and shape a strong pipeline of projects.
With extensive experience across pre-construction and residential development, Matt brings strong commercial awareness and a practical understanding of project delivery. He is known for his collaborative approach, working with partners and stakeholders to support the successful delivery of high quality homes.
