Rebecca Armstrong is Head of Partnerships South at Wates Residential, leading engagement with local authorities, public sector and other partners across the region.
She brings significant experience across the housing sector, with a strong track record in delivering affordable housing and progressing mixed‑tenure regeneration schemes. Her expertise spans land, planning, partnership models, and grant‑funded programmes, with a focus on unlocking challenging housing development opportunities alongside partners.
Rebecca works closely with partners from early engagement through to delivery, supporting the creation of sustainable, place‑led communities. She holds a RICS Certificate in Construction Project Management and is a PRINCE2 Practitioner, applying a structured and collaborative approach to partnerships and project delivery.
