Turning an underused town centre site into new homes and real local opportunity.

Delivered in partnership with Guildford Borough Council, Guildford Park Road will transform an underused car park into a new town centre neighbourhood.

The scheme will deliver 248 homes across a mix of tenures, with 40% affordable housing, helping more local people access a good quality home in a well-connected location.

Homes will be arranged around a landscaped Living Street that puts walking and cycling first, creating a place where people can meet, move easily and spend time outside.

Alongside the new homes, an £11 million social value programme will support local jobs, apprenticeships, work experience and community initiatives, ensuring the project makes a lasting difference beyond the site itself.

The project has secured planning permission, with construction expected to begin in 2026.
