We’ve celebrated a major milestone at Waungron Road in Cardiff, with the development officially reaching its highest point. The topping out ceremony brought together representatives from Cardiff Council, Wates Residential and the wider project team to mark the progress made so far and recognise everyone helping to bring the development forward.

Wates has today announced Phillippa Prongué as the new Executive Managing Director of its growing Residential business.
