Providing 209 new affordable homes, in a safe and welcoming environment where the community can flourish.
At Grahame Park in Barnet, we were chosen by Notting Hill Genesis to work on Plot A as part of the regeneration of a 1970’s housing estate, providing 209 new affordable homes, in a safe and welcoming environment where the community can flourish.
The Plot A scheme will provide 60 social and London Affordable Rent homes for existing social tenants as well as 149 shared ownership homes in mid 2024, plus new green spaces and a small supermarket.

Adding Value
Our social value team have been bringing additional value to Barnet and the Grahame Park community, through education, skills and employment programmes. Examples include creating 85 jobs, 5 apprenticeships and 17 work experience placements as well as careers information and guidance and site visits to hundreds of KS2 – KS6 students. We aim to spend locally and have so far spent over £23m with Barnet’s local supply chain.
