Chosen to deliver one of Sevenoaks’ most ambitious regeneration projects
We’ve been selected by Sevenoaks District Council as preferred development partner for the regeneration of land east of Sevenoaks High Street, a £138m transformation that will help shape the future of the town centre.
The ambitious plans will deliver 245 energy-efficient homes alongside a new leisure centre, improved public spaces and new cultural and community facilities, creating a long-term vision for Sevenoaks that will benefit residents, businesses and visitors for generations to come.
Alongside this, a cultural hub and market hall at 96 High Street will bring new activity to the town centre, while new public green spaces and a green corridor connecting the High Street with Knole Park will help create a more attractive and accessible destination.
Together, the proposals represent a major investment in the future of Sevenoaks, creating opportunities for more people to live, work and spend time in the town.

What happens next?
We expect to enter into a formal contract with the council in autumn 2026.
Once appointed, we’ll begin developing proposals and engaging with residents, businesses and local stakeholders to help shape the next stage of the project. Feedback from the community will inform the designs before a planning application is submitted.
Subject to planning approval, construction could begin in 2028.
