Charlie is Regional Social Value Manager at Wates Residential, leading the delivery of social value across developments in Wales.
With around 20 years’ experience in the construction industry, she began her career as a Site Secretary before moving into customer focused roles and developing a strong specialism in social value.
Charlie has extensive experience designing and delivering initiatives that create meaningful, measurable outcomes for communities. She plays a key role in shaping tender strategies, managing KPIs, and building partnerships with local authorities, housing associations, stakeholders and supply chains to maximise impact.
Driven by her own lived experience, Charlie is passionate about tackling inequality and creating opportunities for those furthest from the workforce, helping individuals and communities to thrive.
