Michael Daniels is Commercial Director at Wates Residential, overseeing commercial strategy and governance across the residential portfolio. As a member of the Residential board, he supports strategic decision making and sets the commercial approach across the business.
With more than 25 years at Wates and a background in commercial management and quantity surveying, Michael brings extensive experience of complex residential and regeneration schemes.
He leads the development of commercial models, supports investment decisions, and ensures value is delivered across partnerships. Michael is also active in wider industry conversations around innovation and modern methods of construction.
He also serves as a member of the Board of Trustees at Starlight Children’s Foundation, supporting its mission to transform healthcare experiences for children.
