  • Phase 2 (completed 2024): 386 homes and playground, designed around Scandinavian principles of equity, resilience and wellbeing, with 60% affordable rent
  • Phase 3 (due for completion in 2026): 334 new homes, 1.6 hectares of landscaping, including mansion blocks and townhouses with diverse tenure and family-friendly design
