Steve Deans is HR Director at Wates Residential, leading people strategy across the residential business.
He has spent more than 20 years at Wates in a range of senior HR roles, including People Director across Construction, Interiors and Retail, and HR Director for several divisions. He has also been a member of business boards and the Wates Group HR leadership team, bringing a strong understanding of the organisation and its people.
With extensive experience across construction, development and retail, Steve brings deep expertise in organisational design, leadership development and workforce planning. He works closely with leadership teams to support culture, capability and long term business performance.
