Taking the next step towards 144 new homes in Westminster
We’ve signed a Pre-Construction Services Agreement (PCSA) with Westminster City Council for the proposed 291 Harrow Road development, marking an important step towards bringing forward a significant new residential-led regeneration scheme in the borough.
Under the agreement, our team will work alongside the Council and project partners to progress design, planning and pre-construction activities ahead of Building Safety Regulation Gateway 2 submission and proposed main contract.
Once complete, the development will deliver 144 new homes, including 50% affordable housing and 24 specialist Adult Social Care homes. The scheme will also provide commercial space and new public realm, helping to create a vibrant and inclusive new neighbourhood for Westminster residents.
The appointment builds on our growing relationship with Westminster City Council, following our work at Darwin House and Balmoral House in Pimlico. Together, these developments are delivering new social rent homes for Westminster residents, including 34 Community Supportive Housing homes for older residents at Darwin House and 10 family homes at Balmoral House.
