Moulsecoomb Housing and Community Hub

Working in partnership with Brighton and Hove City Council, we are delivering the Moulsecoomb Housing and Community Hub, bringing forward 200 new council homes alongside a new community hub at the heart of the neighbourhood.

The scheme combines high quality new homes with community infrastructure, creating a place that supports everyday life in Moulsecoomb.

The new hub is designed to bring important local services together and will include space for facilities such as a library, GP surgery, youth services, adult learning and a community café. The wider development also includes upgraded public space, including new open space, a skate park and a seven-a-side 3G football pitch.

Social value is a key part of delivery, with a strong focus on local jobs, apprenticeships, volunteering and support for initiatives addressing food and fuel poverty. Shaped by input from more than 200 local residents, the project reflects local priorities and aims to deliver lasting benefits for the Moulsecoomb community.
