Delivered in partnership with Westminster City Council, Balmoral House and Darwin House is a 100% affordable housing development that has transformed a key site within the Churchill Gardens estate in Pimlico.

The project is the latest instalment of our joint venture with LB of Havering, through which we have also delivered 197 homes in Rainham, known as New Green, and 175 homes for people over 55 in Hornchurch, known as Park Rise. 

Working in partnership with Brighton and Hove City Council, we are delivering the Moulsecoomb Housing and Community Hub.

Working in partnership with Guildford Borough Council, we have secured planning permission to redevelop the Guildford Park Road car park into a new residential neighbourhood in the heart of Guildford.
