Delivered in partnership with Westminster City Council, Balmoral House and Darwin House is a 100% affordable housing development that has transformed a key site within the Churchill Gardens estate in Pimlico.

Construction is progressing at the Moulsecoomb Housing and Community Hub project in Brighton.
