Delivered in partnership with Brent Council and the Mayor of London, Wembley Housing Zone is breathing new life into a key stretch of Wembley High Road. The regeneration of The Pages and Zephaniah House will deliver 291 new homes, including 141 affordable homes, alongside commercial space, community facilities, workspace, a café and new public areas. Together, the developments are helping reconnect Wembley Central and Wembley Park while creating a vibrant destination where people can live, work and come together.

The project is the latest instalment of our joint venture with LB of Havering, through which we have also delivered 197 homes in Rainham, known as New Green, and 175 homes for people over 55 in Hornchurch, known as Park Rise. 

Working in partnership with the London Borough of Hounslow, we have delivered 154 new council homes across four infill sites at Orchard Road, Everglades, Rose Gardens and Clements Court as part of the council’s Housebuilding Programme.

Working in partnership with Brighton and Hove City Council, we are delivering the Moulsecoomb Housing and Community Hub.

Working in partnership with Guildford Borough Council, we have secured planning permission to redevelop the Guildford Park Road car park into a new residential neighbourhood in the heart of Guildford.

Starting on-site in October 2022, work is now well underway on the first of 249 modern new homes which will transform the local area, in place of the original 1970s era pre-fabs.

At Grahame Park in Barnet, we were chosen by Notting Hill Genesis to work on Plot A as part of the regeneration of a 1970’s housing estate, providing 209 new affordable homes, in a safe and welcoming environment where the community can flourish.

Our relationship with BeFirst and the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham continues to go from strength to strength.

With financial backing from the Welsh Government we are working with Cardiff City Council under our Development Agreement to deliver emergency temporary homes.

Winchester City Council declared a climate emergency in June 2019 and is aiming for the wider district to be carbon neutral by 2030. The Winnall social housing scheme is an example of the council’s commitment to becoming a carbon neutral local authority by 2024.
